TERMS & CONDITIONS

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the estimate date.  Project’s lead times are project unique and will be indicated on the estimate.

BILLING

A 50% deposit is required to initiate a project. The remaining quoted balance, excluding shipping charges, is due prior to outbound shipment. The final invoice will include, but not be limited to, Michigan state sales tax, inbound freight/shipping charges, outbound freight/shipping charges, and incidental and essential project costs.

LATE CHARGES

INTEREST & COLLECTION

Invoices outstanding for over 30 days are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment fee. All invoices aged 90 days are considered delinquent. Exhibit Design Consultants, Inc. reserves the right to retain legal counsel to achieve payment resolution. Payment of all legal charges resulting from collection efforts is payable to Exhibit Design Consultants by the client.

GRAPHICS

Clients must furnish required graphics digitally in “print-ready” format by a provided date and are responsible for their quality. Hard-copy (physical) proofs are billed at $59.00 per printed graphic file and are available when the additional time needed will not affect the required production time. Express fee charges will apply to all orders requested to be produced with an abbreviated lead time.

DESIGN SERVICE

Professional design service including, but not limited to, establishing exhibit design concept renderings, graphic design, diagrams, and custom instructions is a billable service payable by the client irregardless of project estimate acceptance.

MARKETING CONTENT

Exhibit Design Consultants reserves the right to use project design renderings, graphic files, and/or images of completed projects for its marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
